WHO WE ARE

TICSA USA is an american development company working in Honduras. Our mission is to  reactivate, modernize, and operate the Honduran Castilla Port Project. This Port project will be developed under the Honduran Public- Private Partnership (PPP’s) model. The project qualified as a project of national interest and was subsequently approved through Presidential Decree No.008-2015.

As General Manager of TICSA, Wayne Waite now seeks the support of the United States Government to collaborate with Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández to finalize the pending adjudication of the concession to reactivate, modernize and develop the International Port Terminal of Castilla, Honduras.

Wayne Waite, Esq. is the Co-founder and Chairman of US based NGO, Shoulder to Shoulder, Inc. (shouldertoshoulder.org) and for the past 30 years has worked in Honduras providing education, nutrition and healthcare services to 70,000 Hondurans.
