WHO WE ARE
TICSA USA is an american development company working in Honduras. Our mission is to reactivate, modernize, and operate the Honduran Castilla Port Project. This Port project will be developed under the Honduran Public- Private Partnership (PPP’s) model. The project qualified as a project of national interest and was subsequently approved through Presidential Decree No.008-2015.
STRATEGIC INTERESTS
Port Castilla development is aligned with bilateral US and Honduran strategic interests but does not require US Government funding. Port Castilla development creates the potential for a new oceanic trade route through Honduras. Products from Port Castilla could be transported from the Atlantic to the Pacific by highway, railway and pipeline. Total projected investment $547,624,101 U.S. dollars.
